The day

Two halves. You leave with something that works.

Most AI training ends with a slide deck. This one ends with agents running on your own work.

AI foundations for your business

  • What today’s AI tools do well, and where they still fall down
  • How to write instructions that get reliable results
  • Where agents fit in a small or mid-size business
  • Choosing the first tasks worth handing to an agent

Second half · Build

Build 2–3 working agents

  • Build each agent step by step on your own laptop
  • Connect it to the email, documents and spreadsheets you already use
  • Test it on real examples from your business
  • Leave with it running, plus a list of what to build next

The full agenda and tool list will be posted once the curriculum is final. Everything is taught for people who don’t write code.

What you’ll build

Agents that do the busywork. You approve the result.

An agent is a set of instructions with access to the tools you already use. It waits for something to happen, does the work, and hands you a draft to check.

Who it’s for

For the people who keep a business running.

Mid-size businesses

Send your team

Send the people who run your operations: office managers, coordinators, team leads and admin staff. They come back with working agents and know how to build the next one.

Booking 5 or more seats? Email us and we’ll send one invoice to your company.

Small businesses

Come as the owner

In a small business, the owner usually does the admin too. Spend one day building agents that take quoting, follow-ups and inbox sorting off your plate.

  • Trades & construction
  • Professional services
  • Clinics
  • Retail & e-commerce
  • Logistics
  • Real estate
  • Hospitality

No coding needed. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can build these.

FAQ

Questions before you book

Anything else? Email harry@adaptai.ca.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can follow along. We build each agent step by step, and three instructors are in the room to help.

What should I bring?

A laptop you can sign in to your work email and files on. We’ll send a short setup checklist before the day so you’re ready to build.

Who should my company send?

The people who handle day-to-day admin and operations: office managers, coordinators, team leads and owners. They get the most from building agents for their own work.

Can we book several seats on one invoice?

Yes. For 5 or more seats, email harry@adaptai.ca and we’ll send one invoice to your company.

How do association discount codes work?

Participating business associations give their members a code. Enter it on the secure checkout page and the discount is applied to your order.
